D&L have been delivering professional computer training courses since June 1993.

During this period, most of the packages have evolved through their various DOS and Windows releases and we have gained considerable experience on the techniques of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Sage Accounts, etc, as well as the particular features of the individual packages such as  Microsoft Office.

David and Lorraine have always delivered the training themselves. This policy works extremely well, allowing each to establish a relationship with our clients, providing a consistent and professional service. This has resulted in a solid client base who continue to use our training services and are always prepared to recommend us to future clients.

David and Lorraine are qualified up to NVQ Level 4 in Training and Development and are also qualified Assessors.

We are also in the advantageous position of using the products we train on. We use them in our business and we provide services such as spreadsheet and database development, web site development, word processing and other IT and business services.

Our training policy is personal, flexible, intensive tuition, not audio, video or classroom standard.
